Limitations and alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of Mobilunity BPO, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations. We are actively working to address these issues as part of our ongoing commitment to improving accessibility. If you encounter an accessibility barrier not listed above, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service in an accessible format and investigate the issue.

Known limitations for Mobilunity BPO:

  • Color contrast: some text and interface elements may not meet the recommended color contrast requirements, which can make content difficult to perceive for users with low vision or color vision deficiencies. We are reviewing and updating color combinations as part of our ongoing accessibility improvements.
  • Page structure and headings: some pages may contain semantic structure issues, including incorrect use of headings and other structural elements. This may affect navigation with assistive technologies and, in some cases, the logical focus order when navigating by keyboard. We are working to improve semantic markup across the website.
  • Link names: some links may not have sufficiently descriptive accessible names, which can make their purpose unclear to users of screen readers. We are reviewing and updating link labels to ensure they provide meaningful context.
  • Automatic animations: some automatically moving, scrolling, or animated content may not provide controls to pause, stop, or hide the animation. We are evaluating these components and plan to introduce appropriate user controls where required.
  • Form labels: some form fields may have incorrectly associated labels, which can affect how assistive technologies identify and announce form controls. We are reviewing form implementations and correcting label associations.
  • Content overlap on mobile devices: on some mobile devices and screen sizes, certain content may become partially obscured or difficult to access due to overlapping interface elements. We are working to improve responsive behavior and ensure content remains accessible across supported devices.
